The Planner is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non‑infringement. We do not warrant that schedules generated by the tool will be accepted by any agency—always verify with official sources.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for penalties, losses, or claims arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Planner.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the authors and contributors from claims arising out of your misuse, violation of these terms, or violation of program rules or law.
